YOu should be fine at 16 as Bear is one of the most user friendly courses.

yeh exactly, i was riding in a camp, we were walking up fromme and i wasnt riding i was walking cuz we were going high up, my instructer said why are u panting, and im like i have asthmas so no mater what weight im carrying or pushing i get the same reaction, so he pushed up my HT and paind me 10 bucks to push up his demo. same effort with pay!!! oh and its easier to ride up than walk, riding your bike supports your vertical weight and you just have to push it forward, walking you support your bikes weight and your weight and have to push the same weight forward with less grip
